Payments
❖ Payments need to be made between the 20th& 26th of each month. To ensure services are provided for the new month. Payment options available Debit Order. Any refund is subject to an R 60 admin fee & will be processed on the next bill cycle only applicable to new orders. No refunds will be processed for active lines as there is a Calendar notice period (a month before cancelation) there is a cancelation fee of R 999. Should our router not be returned at the client's cost R 2700 will be charged to the client. If your services are not paid in full your services will remain suspended until the account is brought up to date. A 30-day written cancellation notice needs to be sent to cancellations@techmike.co.za The router provided remains the property of TechMike Fibre this will need to be returned at the end user's cost.
Once-off activation will be charged for all services, this charge is based on the package selected provider charge an installation fee from R 1497 once off.
Please note EFT and direct deposit, use your first payment and Last name as reference for payments to be allocated correctly.
❖ Overdue accounts will be subject to interest being charged at 8% per month and an R 30 admin fee including the previous month's outstanding amount.

Outstanding payment(s) is (are) received in full.
Promotional Services
❖ All TechMike promotions require that you remain with us for 6 months, A cancellation fee is charged based on the cost of the router, if cancelled within 6 months.
Fibre
❖ TechMike Offers FTTH & FTTB services on a month-to-month basis, FTTB is offered on a contractual basis. Upfront payment is required for your order to progress. to the installation phase. All Fibre products offered have an activation & pro-rata charge for the first month and thereafter your monthly instalment.
❖ Frogfoot installation are charged at R 1725 upfront before the order can progress to the installation phase.
Once the address has been provided, we will check Coverage availability. Clients will be billed for the new month and the Previous month if no written cancellation notice has been provided. Pricing may change based on our providers, a 30-day notice will be communicated if pricing change.
LTE

Dormant SIM charge -If no data service is applied to a SIM card within 30

❖ There is a once-off R 60 activation fee an all MTN LTE packages.

❖MTN Fixed LTE will only work in the following hardware (if the sim is placed in any other device the service will not work) Huawei B525, Huawei B612, Huawei B618, ZTE MF286C.
❖ MTN Fixed LTE is Geo locked to the tower in the area, therefore it is not A mobile solution and can only be used at one location. Once the address Has been provided, we will check coverage availability.
A formal cancellation request will need to be sent to cancellations@techmike.co.za before the 27th of the current month in order for the cancellation to be served and cancelled at the end of the new month. We use Payfast for our debit orders. It's the responsibility of the end user to ensure the subscription with Payfast is cancelled, and links are sent via email from Payfast after every payment.
